The Office of the Chief Registrar wishes to notify all graduands of the Class of 2025 about the upcoming graduation, including details relating to application for graduation, clearance and gown collection.

This year’s 16th Graduation Ceremony will be held on Friday, 14th November 2025, at our Main Campus. and is inspired by the theme –
“Shaping Trainees for the Global Market through Industry-Based and Learner-Centered Training.”

The ceremony will be graced by distinguished guests, with the Chief Guest being Mr. Elijah Mwangi, CBS, Principal Secretary, State Department for Sports, Ministry of Youth Affairs, Creative Economy & Sports.

  1. All academic and financial records have been verified and cleared.
  2. They have no outstanding balances on their fee statements.
  3. They have met all course and assessment requirements, as verified by the Academic Affairs and Examination Units.

All graduating students are required to be cleared by the College through the standard clearance procedure.
The clearance process shall cover:

  1. Academic Affairs (Verification of academic requirements)
  2. Examinations Office (Verification of marks and registration)
  3. Finance Office (Confirmation of fee status)

Students with pending issues will be placed on Pending Status until resolved.
Only students who complete the clearance process within the stipulated timelines will be included in the official graduation list.

Collection of gowns will take place as follows:
📅 From: Tuesday, 4th  November 2025
📅 To: Wednesday, 12th  November 2025

🕗 Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
🕘 Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

  2. Completed Intention to Graduate Form

Proof of payment of refundable gown fee (KES 2,000).Payments should be made through Safaricom Paybill 800300, Account Number: Your Admission Number.

Note: Students with excess fee balances may have the gown fund fee deducted upon request.

All gowns MUST be returned on or before 22nd November 2025 by 1pm. Late return will attract a surcharge of KES 200 per day.

Graduation certificates and transcripts will be issued as from 17th November 2025 upon verification of gown return and requisite clearance.
Students will be required to surrender their student ID when collecting certificates and transcripts.

  1. Only students who have fully met all academic and financial obligations will appear on the graduation list.
  2. Students with pending marks, incomplete attachments, or unresolved disciplinary cases will not graduate.
